Used to visit the gym in northampton 4 times a week, it was incredibly clean an good value for money!

I haven't been to any gym since this site shut down. I believe they have ben taken over but doesnt look like the gym will be re-opening anytime soon which sucks :(

I've just received my refund for the ripped trainers at DW Sports. It was a pretty simple process and the customer service was excellent at DW Sports.

My England shirt arrived just in time for the start of the Euros. Thought it would take longer as I left it a bit last min. Shame about the final but, love the shirt.

Bought trainers for my husband. Made sure before purchasing them that I would be ok to have a refund if not suitable to which the sales assistant said ‘yes, aslong as you have the reciept’ . I have been into store today to get a refund to be told it’s exchange only!!!!

I ordered some trainers on 22/7/2020 and return them by collect + on the 02/08/2020 and they were delivered back to them. DW Sports went into administration on the 03/08/2020 and I’ve still not had my money back? Has this happened to anyone else?? How can I contact someone? Am fuming

DS Sports is very bad , no one should order from this place . They take your money and provide no information on your orders to you . They don't reply to customers mail . They have duped me of my money . This is unacceptable

Where is my money??? This has gone on since May! This company is a joke and it’s disgusting you are robbing honest normal peoples money and getting away with it. Never use this company, looking at the other reviews I am not the only one you have stolen from.

I recently purchased a pair of pants thinking they were tapered fit as they stated on the site. When I tried them on they were regular fit and not tapered, very disappointed and it was not as described under consumer acts rights 2015. It was my first time shopping with them don't think I will be anymore.

Ordered , delivered sooner than expected - no issues , would order from them again

I’ve worked in retail for 20 years and the last ten as a dual store manager for a market leading health & safety company so I know a little about safety and world class customer service both were relevant today.

Today was my first trip in to the city centre since the lock-down with the new social distancing rules in place, I’ve experienced the good bad and the ugly when it comes to looking after the well-being of customers whilst offering a great welcoming atmosphere.

I received awesome service in your store on Saturday afternoon by Stephen he couldn’t have helped me and my daughter enough he far exceeded my expectation. The way he spoke and dealt with us was warm and genuine. I have already recommended the store to a number of friends and family. The rest of the team were also fantastic as well as the store looking great with plenty of space I never once felt uncomfortable, the team in this store are an asset to your business, it was a pleasure shopping in this store today.

I would just like to take this opportunity to say thank you to DW sports, complaints department. My complaint has now been resolved and I have had a full refund. Many thanks for your quick response.

Worst experience ever still waiting on my order placed on 3rd july for special delivery next day tryd emailing and calling rings out what is happening

Do not order from DW sports. They offer 40% discount & do not fulfil the orders, this happened to both mine and my partner’s order leading me to believe that this was a fake offer & they had no intention of supplying the goods. Customer services are abysmal and no help whatsoever.
